There’s much more to Net-Flow than some of the best productivity tools, technology systems, and Web site hosting solutions. Net-Flow is a hard-working team who cares about offering the superior customer support that the nation’s most influential companies demand, but doing so with that ‘small town’ feel—knowing that we’re always here for you and will go the extra mile if that’s what it takes. Plus, we’re just kinda cool… or at least we think so.

But first, a sneak peek into our office lives:
Net-Flow is basically made up of two teams with two coaches under the same management: NOW and ITS. Every day is like a scrimmage in the Net-Flow office with Coach Budash leading the aggressive NOW offense (your marketing, sales, information, and education team), while Coach Navarro drives the Information Technology Services [ITS] defense (the team that defends the Network from harm – malicious or unintentional – allowing computing power to serve your needs). NOW is often found knee-deep in strategizing, developing, and training, while ITS tackles staging, testing, and helping customers put out occasional fires. Of course this is all peppered with the jokes, laughter, and taunting you’d find on any court or field. You have to take some ribbing to work at Net-Flow, but it’s all softened by the plate of chocolate chip cookies on Pia’s desk. Yes, it’s just Pia—like
Net-Flow began with one person in October of 1995 and blossomed relatively quickly to a 16-person operation during the dot-com roar. Unfortunately the “dot-gone” era roared louder and we kept afloat with a lean 1.5 person staff. I won’t tell you who the half-person was, but we used the top half – gotta have that brain to do this kind of work. Now we’re at a comfortable half-dozen in the office with a considerable amount of diverse talents, doing what we feel is the best job we can for our clients.
We don’t tally our clients, but rather measure them individually against our simple formula for success:
